• The booking is valid only with the confirmation letter, what will be sent on the given e-mail address.

Cancellation policy:
• All kind of modification and cancellation must be arranged through the reception in written form
• Changing your stay: To make changes, please call 36/36/518-072. No penalty is counted.
• In general cancellation deadline is 48 hrs before the arrival which is free of charge. In case of guaranteed booking only handling charge is subjected
• Cancellation given on the date of arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of one night and handling charge
• By special rates, please check the rules and restrictions in the settlement.
• NO SHOW means the total price penalty.
Child Policy:
• Children under the age of 2 years stay free, when sharing a room (extra bed as well) with their parents.
• Children between the age of 2 and 12 years get discount as it is listed in pricelist
Payment:
• By cash on the premises or bank transfer.
